She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Vincent Startt and Ruth Irene Startt (Van Fleet); and her husband William Edward "Ed" Callahan, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, William, Jr., Carroll, Sr., Mark (Pam) of Ridgely and David (Barb) of Denton; and her grandchildren, Doug Collins, Terri Collins of Laurel, DE, Carroll, Jr., Kelley Thomas (Pete) of Ridgely, Mark Callahan of Ridgely, Ryan Callahan (Taylor) of Denton and Adam Callahan.
In lieu of flowers, if friends wish to send a donation in memory of Mrs. Callahan, it was her wish that donations be made to St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church, PO Box 459, Ridgely, MD 21660 or to Compass Hospice, 160 Coursevall Dr., Centreville, MD 216178.
