She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Carey and Pearl Elizabeth Davis Carey; her husband William Claude Burdeaux; and her son Timothy William Burdeaux. She is survived by: her son Dave K. Burdeaux of Denton; her siblings, Ruth Swanstrom of Ellicott City, MD and Tony Carey of North Carolina; her daughter-in-law Dana Burdeaux; and her grandchildren, William L. Burdeaux, Angela Burdeaux and Timothy Burdeaux. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
