He was predeceased by : his parent Ottis E. Breeding Sr.. He is survived by : his parent Mary Ellen Walls Breeding of Denton; his son Excavating; his wife Bonnie L. Breeding of Hickman; his sons, Mark E. Breeding (Christa) and Rob M. Breeding (Christine); his siblings, Barbara E. Smith (Jim) of Ft and James Richard Breeding (Rick); his grandchildren, Lauren Winstead, Ryan Breeding, Skylar Elburn and Justin Breeding; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Winstead and Cole Winstead.
