It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nehemiah Lamar Thomas of Denton, Maryland, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his uncle Jarmar Randolph Thomas; and his great-grandparents, George Cheers and Luther Lyle. He is survived by: his parents, Angela Murph of Denton, MD and George Thomas Jr.; his siblings, Ellaina Webb of Ridgely Md, Jeremiah Thomas, Javion Thomas of Denton Md, Josiah Thomas of Ridgely Md, Ava Stanley and Eva Stanley of Denton Md; his grandparents, Laura Palmer of Cambridge Md, Kenneth Murph of Denton Md, Trina Fitchett (Robert) of Greensboro Md and George Thomas Sr. of Centreville Md; his aunt Kashia Fitchett of Ridgely Md; his uncles, Michael Seeney of Centreville Md, Trayvon Bell of Hurlock Md and Kenneth Murph Jr. of Denton Md; his great-grandparents, Bertha Wilmer of Denton Md, Margaret Thomas of Ridgely Md and Rev. Randolph Fitchett Jr. (Joyce) of Ridgely Md; and his close friend Deadrian Stanley. He is also survived by cousins, great uncles, aunts and friends.
Nehemiah attended Caroline County Public Schools until the onset of Covid-19, then he was home schooled.
