Wilkins; his children, Ruth Spence (Baltimore, MD), John Wilkins (Abingdon, MD) and Alberta Ruffin of Cape Charles, VA; his grandchildren, Paul Spence, Jr. (Shannon), Dontae Hunt (Tia), John Wilkins, III and Tysheka; his great grandchildren, My'lia Spence, Ziyan Hunt, Sumayah Wilkins, Jalayah Stanley, Ja'Mariya George, Tyrina, Alicia, Jamar Money, Shianne, Jasmin and Tyjayh Elliott; and his goddaughters, Shyann Gaines, Pastor Constance Beach and Pastor Deborah Lewis. He was also cherished by his wife, his children, grand/great-grandchildren.
