She was predeceased by: her parents, James Medford Walls and Sara Hazel Parks Walls; her husband O. E. Breeding, Sr.; her son O. E. "Eddie" Breeding (Bonnie); her granddaughter Amanda "Mandy" Harrington; and her siblings, Louise Spencer, Medford Walls, Jr., Charles Walls, Tommy Walls and Louis Walls.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara E. Smith (Jim) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, J. Richard "Rick" Breeding (Karen) of Denton and Terry L. Breeding (Sharon) of Hickman; her sisters, Pauline "Polly" Layton of Denton, Christine Anthony of Dover, DE and Barbara Salizzoni of Dover, DE; her grandchildren, Jamie Smith, Mark E. Breeding (Christa), Rob M. Breeding (Christine), Travis Breeding (Rachel), Tyler Breeding (Robin), Trey Breeding and Jessica Breeding Robichaux (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Lauren Breeding Winstead (Michael), Ryan Breeding, Skylar Breeding Elburn (Garrett), Justin Breeding, Julian Harrington, Trent Breeding, Trace Breeding, Rilyn Breeding, Aiden Robichaux, AnnaGrace Robichaux, Kit Ellen Breeding and Errol Breeding; her great great grandchildren, Christopher Winstead, Cole Winstead, Clayton Winstead and Ethan Elburn; and her sister-in-law Thelma Walls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
