It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence R. Schmick of Denton, Maryland, born in Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob A. Schmick and Amelia Ruth Goehringer Schmick; his former wife Madeline Wheatley Schmick; his siblings, Ruth, Frieda, Bertha Anne, Sherman, Ellen, Martina, Glenn and Margaret; and his wife Viola Schmick. He is also survived by his two daughters, one son, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
