He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carrow and Agnes Carrow; and his brother Wayne Carrow. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Rebecca Brown (Dale) and Morgan Melvin (Matt); his grandchildren, Macie Brown, Clara Brown and Caleb Melvin; and his siblings, Randy Carrow (Sheri), Jeff Carrow (Ana) and Pam Seely (Mike).
