He is survived by: his parents, Clifford Crotts (Gene) and Patricia Crotts (Pat); his wife Christine Wayne-Crotts; his daughter Brooke Bleything; his stepson Kyle Wayne; and his sisters, Debbie Price (Kevin) and Tracy Cannan (Billy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
