He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Walbert of Denton; his children, Joseph M. Walbert, Sr. (Patty Morgan) of Delmar, DE and Sandra L. Lawrence (Patrick) of Henderson, MD; his grandchildren, Amber Walbert (Jake Neel), Kaitlyn Smith, Rayne Lawrence (Zach Baynum), Joseph Hunter Jester, Joseph M. Walbert, Jr. and Airieonna Walbert (Jacob Wagner, Jr.); and his great grandchildren, DaKoda Walbert, Kaiden Smith, MaKayla Smith and MaKynzLee J. Neel.
