Francis A. Callahan Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, H. F. Addison Callahan and Kathryn Ellen "Kitty" Lynch George (Callahan); and his sister Margaret Elizabeth "Peggy" Callahan Conway of Wilmington, DE.. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Franklin Callahan (Kelly) of Hillsboro, MD, Kathryn Rebecca Callahan (Mike Hines) of Felton, DE and Robin Lynn Diehl (Callahan) of West Warwick, RI; his grandchildren, Tyler Jacob Kiel of Felton, DE and Rheanna Lee Diehl of West Warwick, RI; and his stepgrandson Tucker Coleman (Lindsay) of Denton. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A masonic service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If friends want to give a memorial donation in memory of Sonny, the family suggests sending them to St. Luke's Methodist Church, 100 S. 5th Ave. in Denton.
