He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Thurman Harris, Sr. and Pauline Wright Harris. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Harris (Joan) of Denton; his children, Wendy Melvin (Daniel) of Denton, Martin A. Harris (Laura Lee) of Denton and Donald L. Harris (Stephanie) of Felton, DE; his grandchildren, Cassidy Stafford (Justin), Tyler Melvin, Maddie Harris, Chad Melvin, Chase Harris and Colby Harris; and his brother-in-law John Earl Steward (Danielle) of Federalsburg.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
