She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Sidney Harrington and Evah Harrington; her husband Lee Pepper Riggin; her grandson Kevin Lee Riggin; and her brother George Harrington.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Riggin (Debbie) of Federalsburg and Connie Rice (Bryan) of Milford; her grandchildren, Stephen Chapis (Germaine) of Georgetown, Kyle Riggin (Lanai) of Hurlock and Stephanie Buchert (Todd) of Georgetown; her great grandchildren, Colby Buchert, Alyse Buchert, Kylie Riggin, Erin Riggin and Hayley Riggin; and her stepgrandchildren, Debbie Marling and Robert Rice. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
