David R. Wood Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2023, at the age of 77, David R. Wood Sr. of Denton, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Lawrence Wood and Mary Knott Wood; and his siblings, Lawrence Wood, Jr., Robert "Duke" Wood, Donald Wood and Delores Fountian.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his sons, David "Rodney" Wood, Jr. (Lisa) of Cordova, MD, Edward Wood (Jayme) of Alexandria, VA, Steve Mack (Kathy) of Davidsonville, MD and Michael Mack (Caroline) of Federalsburg, MD; his grandchildren, J. Charles Wood, Evangelina Wood, Matthew Mack (Jessie), Melissa Mack (Chris), Eric (Callie), Erin and Jacob Austin Mack; his great grandchildren, Leighanne, Trace, Conner, Mason, Blaine and Brady; and his sister Alice Uhler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
