She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Flamer, Sr. and Edna V. Flamer (Wright); her grandmother Janie E. Wright; her brother Walter Flamer; and her cousin Richard Wright.
She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Prattis; her son Kordell (Shari) of Arnold, MD; her brothers, Charles E. Flamer, Jr. (Joyce) of Denton, MD and Ray Bledsoe (Gaynell) of Forestville, MD; her stepsister Etoria Henry (Marvin) of Capital Heights, MD; her cousins, Joyce Ann Matthews of Denton, MD, Dalphine Matthews of Denton, MD, Clifton Wright of Greensboro, MD and William Wright of Dover, DE.; her aunts, Pauline Wyatt of Hillsboro, MD and Dulcie Flamer of Denton, MD; and her goddaughters, Shawnbral Johnson of Newark, DE. and Josette Tucker of Newark, DE.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
