He is survived by: his children, Debra J. Elliott of Delmar, Frances Ann Elliott of Delmar, Kay Elliott Bruch (Will Ruhland) of Delmar, William Winston Elliott, III (Barbara) of Houston, TX, Kris Taylor Elliott of Delmar and Fran Elliott Todd. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two nieces.
