It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Walters (Delmar, Maryland), born in Felton, Delaware, who passed away on November 12, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Walters (Elliena). He is survived by: his parent Margaret Oldham (James); his siblings, Jeffrey Oldham, Susan Hyatt and Lenny Jackson; his wife Barbara Walters; his children, Randy Walters (Penny) and Rhonda Windsor (Carlton); and his brothers, Ronald Walters (Shirley), James P. Oldham, Stephen Oldham (Kathy), Scott Oldham (Debbie) and Norman Jackson. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and several extended family.
