He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Lee and Benjamin Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Paula Phillips Jones (Terry); his children, Todd Adkins (Kristy) of Delmar, Ronda Lewis (Dan) of Salisbury and Carrie DiMare (Jeremy) of Eden, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Katelynn Adkins (Raymond), Naythan, Natalee Lewis, Matthew and Ayden DiMare; his great grandchild Aloura Vandriessche; and his siblings, Aileen Luffman (Ralph), Bruce Adkins and Wayne Adkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
