She was predeceased by: her mother Kathleen Smith; and her brother Bobby Smith. She is survived by: her son Timothy "TJ" Smith; the father of her child Timothy "Timmy" Smith; and her brothers, Richard Staton and Donnie Smith.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Patty to Parkway Church of God, 600 Edison St., Salisbury, MD 21801.
