He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Kelly and Helen G. Kelly; and his brother Michael L. Kelly. He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas K. Kelly (Nancy Kelly), Christopher Kelly, Seth Kelly, Judith Clifton, Cody, Lliam Clifton and Anelise Clifton Payne.
