She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman E. Milligan, Sr. and Mabel Alice Seeders Milligan; her former husband Robert L. White, Sr.; her husband Houston Dickenson; and her siblings, Russell Milligan, William Milligan, G. Ronald Milligan, Shirley Milligan, Rebecca Milligan and Robert Milligan.

She is survived by: her children, Robert L. White, Jr. of Hurlock, Shirley Adkins of Delmar, MD, Barbara Laramore of Delmar, MD and Phyllis King of Delmar, MD; her grandchildren, James King, Jr., David Lee King and Amy Hastings; her great grandchildren, Holly Laramore, Justin King and Amanda King; and her brothers, Norman Milligan, Jr. of Pasadena, MD and Charles Milligan of Homer City, PA..
