He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hurston Moore and Rose Anna Moore of Delmar, MD.; and his siblings, Jerry, Cathy and Jody.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Moore; and his son James Hurston Moore. He is also survived by seven uncles; two aunts; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
