He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Ruth Sherman Williams of Salisbury; his wife Julie Ann Williams; his daughter Melissa Matthews of Salisbury; and his stepchildren, Joe Fretz of Delmar, MD, Hank Usilton (Susan) of Salisbury, Kathy Knorr (Michael) of Smyrna, DE, Vicky Ennis (Michael) of Delmar, DE and Carolyn Roseberry. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
