He is survived by: his daughter Deborah A. Sharp; his siblings, Shelby Jean Fenwick (Jesse) of Baltimore, MD, Jeanette Cephas of Yonkers, NY and Weejay Cephas (Edie) of Wilmington, DE; his sister-in-law Joyce Cephas of Fort Washington, MD; and his close friends, Sylvia Stanley and Ether Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
