He is survived by: his parents, Dale D. Spiker and Dorothy Spiker (Shaffer); his wife Cynthia O'Neill Spiker (Cyndy); his son Daniel M. Spiker (Danny) of Delmar, MD; and his brother Douglas Spiker of New Castle, PA.. He is also survived by dogs and cats.
