He was predeceased by: his parent Clifford Ehmke. He is survived by: his parent Grace Towne Ehmke; his wife Claudia Ehmke of Delmar; his children, Heather Ehmke of Boston, MA, Liesl Ehmke (Paul) of St. Louis, MS and Eric Ehmke (Jennifer) of Moorsville, NC; and his brother William Ehmke (Patty) of Rodchester, NY. He is also survived by two step-children who were like his own, Karen Waggoner and her husband Jack of Salisbury and Jerry Elliott of Delmar, DE; twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
