He is survived by: his wife Julia Pierce; his half-brother Steve Palmer of Brainerd, MN; his children, Brenda Desormeaux (David), Deborah Bell (Mike) of Laurel, MD, Pamela Palmer of Vail, AZ and Charles W. Palmer (Susan) of Hollywood, MD.; his grandchildren, Carrie, Tina, Megan, Sami, Chris, Brycen and Ayden; and his great grandchildren, Skye, Charlie and Lochlann.
