"Tina" Smart and Johnny "Wade" Smart of Delmar; his grandparents, Jacqueline June Smart of Laurel and William Smart (Diane) of Seaford; his brother Brian Michael Kennedy; and his grandparents, Phillip "Sonny" Gaines, Barbara Jean Gaines, Charles Kennedy and Rheba Kennedy. He was also cherished by brother "PePe", and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
