She was predeceased by: her parent Theodore Walters. She is survived by: her parent Bessie Bradford Walters; her husband Francisco "Frank" Joaquim Silva; her sons, James Virgil Wilkins of Hurlock and Willard Lewes Wilkins of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Zach Wilkins and Samantha Wilkins; and her siblings, Dewey Walters, Sylvia Moore and Ruth Short.
