With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Mae Cox (Delmar, Maryland), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 16, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Miles and Pauline Taylor (Webster); her husband John H. Cox, Sr.; her son John H. Cox, Jr.; her stepparents, Teddy Taylor Sr. and Mildred Miles; her brother Teddy Taylor; and her foster son Mike Hill.

She is survived by: her close friend Shirley Daniel; her children, Bill Cox and Mary Anne Wallace; her grandchildren, Brian Wallace (Ashleigh), Julie Rhodes and Mandy Stofer; her great grandchildren, Keith Wallace, David Wallace, John Roberts, Ava Rhodes and K. J. Rhodes; her siblings, Robert Taylor (Terri), Phil Miles (Linda), Mike Miles, Rudy Taylor, Brenda Drewer (Earl) and Joan Taylor; and her close friends, Shirley McDaniel, Dallas, Virginia, Joel and Nell Houston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Coastal Hospice, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
