She is survived by: her sister Joyce Vaughn of McMinnville, TN; her children, Ocean Meir of Madison, WI, Sally Witherspoon of Brentwood, TN and David Rackley of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Dawn McKenna of Mattoon, IL, Victor Brown of Baltimore, MD, Rick Gillentine of Cookeville, TN and Mike Gillentine of Smyrna, TN; her great grandchildren, Victor Brown, Jr. of Bristol, TN, Tylor Brown of Baltimore, MD, Brittny Brown of Baltimore, MD, Nicholas McCormick of Edmonds, WA, Amy Meir of Charleston, IL, Zach Gillentine of Tullahoma, TN, Sally Grace Gillentine of Cookeville, TN, Lauren Gillentine of Cookeville, TN, Breanna Thomas of Clarksville, TN and Britney Knowles of Camp LeJune, NC; her great great grandchildren, Damien Ashley, Kaia McCormick, Isabella Sophia Brown, Victor Brown III, Garion Morris, Meagan Hocut and Denver Gillentine; her nieces, Diane Tittsworth Colter, Connie Tittsworth Fuller, Barbara Tittsworth Moody, Joan Cantrell Noga, Kathy Vaughn and Leta Vaughn Glenn; and her nephew Steve Cantrell.
She donated her body to further medical knowledge. She asked in lieu of flowers, that a donation be made to the Seventh - Day Adventist Christian School, 215 Bluff Springs Rd., McMinnville, TN, 37110.
