He is survived by: his family, Boating, Fishing Crabbing and Golf; his children, Christopher Andrew Penn, Sandra Mattingly of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Teresa Gordon of Tennessee and Jennifer Dykes of Alabama; his niece Vicky Klinefelter; and his nephews, Gary James and Darren James. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
