It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Watkins (Davidsonville, Maryland), who passed away on March 15, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Ron Watkins; her stepson Bruce Watkins; her sister Deloris M. Powell; her brother-in-law Curtis Powell; her husband Raymond P. Watkins, Sr.; her stepchildren, Mark Watkins, Raymond P. Watkins, Jr. and Leanna Brown; her siblings-in-law, Louis Watkins, Larry Watkins, Rosie Watkins Downs, Della Watkins Webb, Sheila Watkins, Lolita Watkins Corder, Bernice Watkins and Stephanie Watkins; and her close friends, Bernice Hogue and Mary Rawlings. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
