He is survived by: his wife Shirley Elaine Proctor; his children, Patrick Proctor (Tina) of Severn, MD, Kevin Proctor (Gina) of Pasadena, MD, Denise Sanders (Anthony) of Davidsonville, Cindy Jackson of Pasadena, MD, Kathy Freeman (Jacques) of Crownsville, MD and Letisha Lee of Odenton, MD; his siblings, Shirley Neal (Jimmy) and Calvin "Billy" Proctor; his sisters-in-law, Jean and Viola Proctor; and his grandchildren, Ketia Kelly (Gary), Keyonna Silva (Errol), Jasmine Jackson, Avery Freeman (Monica), Maurice Jackson, Jordan Williams (David), Kevin Proctor Jr. (Kim), Patrick Proctor Jr., Julian Freeman of Megan Proctor, A. J, Lee and Toni Lee. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
