He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Sigafoose Fitzwater; his sons, Robert William Fitzwater, Jr. (Becky) of Jensen Beach, FL and Samuel Patrick Fitzwater (Rebecca) of Davidsonville, MD; and his grandchildren, Julia, Abigail, Elizabeth, Riley and Avery Fitzwater.
