It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Anne Buscher (Davidsonville, Maryland), who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma C. Thompson and George W. Effinger, Jr.; and her siblings, Rolland Effinger, Dorothy Taylor, Cecelia Weidemann and Naomi Guthrie.
She is survived by: her brother George Effinger; her daughter Sherri Lewis; her grandchildren, Ethan Lewis and Tiffany Lackey; and her great grandchild Naomi Lackey.
