He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Carr. He is survived by: his children, David Carr (Lisa) of Millville, DE, Deborah Carr of Indian Head, MD and Brenda Evans (Greg) of Easton, MD; and his grandchildren, Kyle Carr, Dylan Carr and Colton Evans.
