It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Libia Reed (Davidsonville, Maryland), who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alilcia Jaramillo Melendez and Pio Osorio Rojo; her husband Walter; her daughters, Karen Dessart and Sabrina Fountas; her grandchildren, Juliana, Daniella, Maxim and Christian; her brother Ernesto Osorio Jaramillo; her aunt Luisa Aylas; and also, Baudouin, John, Martha, Ella, Elisa, Jackie, Patricia and Lenny.
