He was predeceased by: his parents, George Emanuel Robey and Ada Mae Robey. He is survived by: his wife Martha Robey; his children, Sharon Shackelford (Jeff) of Crofton, MD, George "Andy" Robey, Jr. (Delia) of Bowie, MD and Donna Spencer (Bruce) of Davidsonville, MD; his grandchildren, Nick (Kasey), Doug Shackelford (Sarah), Alaina Lewis (Robbie), Megan Schruefer (Ricky), Andrew Robey, Patrick, Cameron and William Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Sloane, Lincoln, Franklin and Abigail Shackelford.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of George Robey Sr. may be directed to support general cancer research at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
