He is survived by: his children, Gail Dittmar (Art) of Pasadena, MD, Nancy Ochiltree (Brett) of Severna Park, MD, Glenn Foster (Rhonda) of Edgewater, MD, R. Dale Foster (Sally) of Centreville, MD and Ronnie Foster of Davidsonville, MD; his sisters, Cornelia Largent of Florence, SC and Dottie Britton of Annapolis, MD; his grandchildren, Glenn "Duke" Foster, Jr., Justin Foster, Tyler Ladd, Paxton, Griffen Ochiltree, Michael Hirschbock, Jeremy Gunther, Tyler Zarcone, Heather Cook (Matt), Taylor and Coral Dittmar; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Abby Cook, Jaylynn Foster, Emily, Madelyn, Gavin Hirschbock, Everett and Elliott Gunther.
