He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Garrett and Dolores Garrett (Pavlik); and his siblings, Donna Lee Srebroski and Richard Robert Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Susan Garrett; his daughter Kellie Jackson (Chris); his grandchildren, Brady and Jayde; and his brother Ralph C. Garrett III.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Maryland Food Bank or the Helping Up Mission.
