Cooley of Darlington, Maryland, born in Wellington, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles M. Cooley; her siblings, LaDean Moore and Leslie A. Kincaid; and her grandson John Gibson. She is survived by: her daughters, Sylvia A. Winterling of Alexandria, VA, Susan L. Cooley and Margaret A. Gibson (David); and her grandchildren, Stephen Winterling of Arlington, VA, Jocelyne Winterling, Andrew Gibson of Spring Grove, PA and Kayla Williams of Dallas, TX.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
