She was predeceased by: her parent George Oscar Mays; her son Mark Samuel Price; and her brothers, Harvey G. Mays and Roger L. Mays. She is survived by: her parent Olive Wilhelmina Mays (Inscor); her son Melvin Eugene Price of Jacksonville; her daughter-in-law Sharyn Max Price of Baltimore; her great grandchild Her; her sister-in-law Linda Preston (Phillip) of Aberdeen; and also, Her, Caregiver and Melvin Cantler, Jr..
In lieu of flowers, Ruth requested memorial contributions to Harford Christian School, 1736 Whiteford Road, Darlington, MD 21034.
