She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Trickett White and Joseph T. White. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Sharon Welsh (Edward Haas) of Hockessin, Joseph E. Welsh (Tereasa West Welsh) of Havre, Eleanor "Cathy" Welsh of Hockessin, John Mark Welsh (Linda) of Havre and Linda M. Welsh of Dover; and her grandchildren, Sean Joseph Welsh (Liz Browning Welsh) and Kaitlyn Rybczynski (Adam). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews.
