He is survived by: his parents, William Franklin and Docia Ellen Crouse (Caudill); his children, Thomas F. Crouse of Fallston, Phillip L. Crouse of Thomasville, PA and Shirley M. Byington of Darlington; his grandchildren, Jennifer Webster, Timothy Byington, Phillip Crouse, Jr., Zachary Crouse and Caleb Crouse; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Webster, Madison Webster and Lilya Crouse.
