He is survived by: his siblings, Blanche Cantler of Cardiff, MD and David Cantler (Denny) of Wilmington, NC; his half-sister Janet Cox; his nephews, Jason (Karrie) and Justin Strickland; his great-nephews, Hogan, Jared and Sean Strickland; and his great-niece Ava Strickland.
