It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marquerite Akins (Darlington, Maryland), who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Reid and Sadie Reid; and her spouse Willam "Pete". She is survived by: her daughter Christina Hoke of Killeen, TX; her great grandchildren, Jayden Hoke, Isiah Stafford, Zamariee Stafford and Aleena Hoke; and her siblings, Mildred Carter, Thomas Reid, James Reid and Joyce Ann Reid. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
