He is survived by: his mother Caroline Smyth (Calvin); his wife Jessica Evans-Smyth; his sons, Zachary of Ellendale, DE and Matthew Smyth of Ellendale, DE; his siblings, Brittany Bracht (James, Jr.) of Tafton, PA., Keith of Tafton, PA. and Bryan Smyth of Tafton, PA.; his stepfather Donald Carter of Tafton, PA.; and his close friend Lisa Smyth. He is also survived by Six nephews, five nieces, a host of extended family.
