He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Garrett, Sr. and Sadie Garrett (Albright); and his wife Joan Garrett (Jourdan). He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa McNutt (Tony) of Street and Daphne Profili (Mark) of Baldwin; his grandchildren, Brian McNutt (Susan), Melissa Sadowski (Tom), Katie Heer (Ray), Michael Profili (Jacklyn) and Julie Perlin (Andy); and his great grandchildren, Reese McNutt, Ryder McNutt, Travis Sadowski, Turner Sadowski, Mia Sadowski, Natalie Heer, Robbie Heer, Abby Heer, Stelia Profili, Grant Profili, Nora Perlin and Eddie Perlin.
