Carrie B. McCurry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2023, at the age of 96, Carrie B. McCurry of Darlington, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Elliott and Maggie Elliott (Farmer); her husband Ezekiel H. McCurry; her daughter Janet Kohajda; her granddaughter Jennifer Gainey; and her great grandchild Bradley Kuehne.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy McCurry (Ann) of Havre and Wanda Felts (late David Felts) of Delta, PA.; her grandchildren, Carla Kuehne of Red Lion, PA, Christopher Felts of Fawn Grove, PA, Glenn McCurry of Conowingo, MD, Sharon Thomas of Delta, PA, Chad Gainey of Jarrettsville, MD and Casey Gainey of Saugertes, NY.; and her sister Chessie Cornett of Abingdon, VA.. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions are made to: New Beginning Baptist Church, 301 Black Barren Road, Peach Bottom, PA 17563.
